Lead Times & Deliveries

Currently our lead time for small orders (under 6 items) is *10-12 working days, except Breezway louvres are *12-15 working days.  Larger jobs have a lead time of approximately *3-4 weeks.

Deliveries have been very well on schedule lately.  As always we will contact you prior to the delivery, and of course let you know if there are any delays.

While we do everything we can to schedule an accurate date and confirm the delivery the day prior, there can be last minute delays.  In most cases, this is only a single day delay and as soon as we are aware of this, we will communicate any changes.

If you have any issues with delivery or products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow this up for you.

Stock Windows & Doors

For your smaller renovation projects, we have a healthy stock of sliding windows and sliding doors in our warehouse (rated to N2 for the Brisbane Metro area).  For more details on colours and sizes, please refer to our stock page.

Installation Work

We have limited resources in this part of our business so we have a small area that we are servicing around us at Mount Gravatt East on the South side of Brisbane and out to the Bay area.  Please give us a call to see if you are in our installation area and if we can help you with your project.

The lead time for installation work is currently *7-8 weeks for most orders.
